Location – 1 hour from Edinburgh or Glasgow

Skydive Strathallan is located about 5 miles from the town of Auchterarder. This is about midway between the major towns of Perth and Stirling in Central Scotland. There is no public transport to the airfield, but there are local taxi services in Auchterarder.
The nearest railway station is Gleneagles, about 2 miles from Auchterarder / 7 miles from the airfield. This has mainline services from Glasgow and Edinburgh. The station is unmanned.

The main bus stop is also located next to Gleneagles railway station, on the main A9 road.Road travel to the airfield will take about one hour from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee ; 2 hours from Aberdeen ; 2 and a half hours from Inverness.
